  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 package (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry, thawed
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
    • Powdered sugar, for dusting
    Directions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into triangles (about 4 inches wide).
    3. Place a small handful of chocolate chips (about 2 tablespoons) at the base of each triangle.
