Ingredients:

  • 4 full-size Hershey’s chocolate bars, broken into pieces
  • 2 graham crackers, broken into pieces for topping

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Spread half of the cookie dough into the prepared pan, pressing it into an even layer.
