Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas and melted butter together until well combined.
- Stir in brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine baking soda, salt, flour, and cinnamon if using.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Fold in walnuts if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
