Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/2 lb shaved corned beef deli meat
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out crescent dough onto a lightly floured surface and divide it in half. Pinch the perforated edges to seal.
  3. Roll one half of the dough into a 12-inch rectangle.
  4. Place the dough onto a parchment or silicone mat-lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and layer 4 slices of Swiss cheese over the dough.
  6. In a bowl, mix sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing. Spread the sauerkraut mixture evenly over the cheese.
