- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced ribeye steak, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until the steak is browned and the vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, minced garlic, and garlic powder. Spread this mixture evenly over both halves of the French bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 5 minutes until lightly golden.
- Remove the bread from the oven and evenly distribute the steak, peppers, and onions over the garlic buttered bread.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone and mozzarella cheeses over the top. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before slicing and serving.
