Ingredients:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 large marshmallows
  • 6 chocolate squares
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Press a chocolate square into the center of each marshmallow.
  2. Set up three dipping bowls: one with flour, one with milk and beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with graham cracker crumbs.
  3. Dip each marshmallow into the flour, then into the egg wash, and finally into the graham cracker-panko mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry each coated marshmallow until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
