Chocolate Chip Monster Cheesecake

The Chocolate Chip Monster Cheesecake is a decadent and indulgent treat that brings together the best of both worlds—cheesecake and cookies. With every bite, you’ll experience a creamy, tangy cheesecake base loaded with mini chocolate chips and chunks of chocolate chip cookies, creating a satisfying texture and sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped chocolate chip cookies (like chocolate chip cookies)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and line a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then remove from the oven and cool completely.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix until fully incorporated.
  6. Add the sour cream and heavy cream, and beat until smooth.
  7. Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped chocolate chip cookies, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  8. Pour the cheesecake batter into the cooled crust, spreading it into an even layer.
  9. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until the center is almost set (it may still have a slight wobble).
  10. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour with the door slightly ajar.
  11. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely at room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  12. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar and top with additional chocolate chips or cookie crumbs if desired.
