Chili Parlor Chili

Chili Parlor Chili is a rich, deeply seasoned bowl of comfort inspired by classic diner-style chili—smooth, savory, and full of warm spice without being overly thick. It’s perfect for chilly nights, game days, or whenever you want a quick stovetop meal that still delivers big flavor. The surprising addition of cocoa powder adds depth and balance, giving this chili its signature old-school taste. Serve it with crackers, onions, cheese, or over hot dogs or fries for a true parlor feel.
