  1. Ingredients:
    • 4 lobster tails
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

    Directions:
