Ingredients:
- 12 oz spaghetti noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for spice)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add garlic and ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
