Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 13×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, nuts, and butter; mix until combined.
  3. Press mixture into the dish and bake 15–18 minutes, until golden. Cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and whipped topping.
  6. Spread over cooled crust and chill 30 minutes.
  7. Whisk pudding mixes with cold milk until smooth.
  8. Spread over cream cheese layer and chill 15 minutes, or until set.
  9. Spread remaining whipped topping on top.
  10. Garnish as desired and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
