Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp thyme (optional)
Directions:
