Philly Cheese Steak Casserole

  1. Ingredients:
    • 1 pound ground beef
    • 1 onion, sliced
    • 1 bell pepper, sliced
    • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or rotini)
    • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
    • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 1/2 cup beef broth
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

    3. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, pepper, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine.
    4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture. Stir in half of the provolone and mozzarella cheese.
    5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
    6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
