  1. Ingredients:
    • 4 cups fresh corn kernels (about 6 ears)
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (optional)
    Directions:
    1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
    2. Once melted, stir in the honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
    3. Add the corn kernels to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is tender and slightly caramelized.
    4. If using, add the fresh thyme in the last minute of cooking for added flavor.
